Diffuser: Add 6–8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser and let the aroma fill your space.
Quick fix: Inhale deeply from the bottle for a quick, calming reset, perfect for work, travel, or any time you need a moment to yourself.
Shower: Add 2–3 drops to the corner of your shower and let the steam release the therapeutic benefits of the oil.
Topically: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 5ml of carrier oil and apply to your wrists, chest, or the back of your neck.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Use cold or room temperature water for inflammation or cooling relief, and warm to hot water for sore, tight muscles. Soak a face washer in the water, wring out the excess, and apply to the affected area. Repeat 2–3 times as the compress cools or warms.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Lean over the bowl with a towel over your head to trap the steam, and breathe deeply. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment and use caution to avoid burns or scalding.
Lavender Essential Oil: For adults and Children 12 years or older. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to a pillow or tissue and inhale.
Topical use: Add 2 drops to 10mL carrier oil for massage. Use immediately and discard any unused portion.
