Heating & care
Always follow the instructions supplied with your heat pack. Place flat in the microwave and heat on high for 90 seconds. If needed, continue in 15-second intervals, up to a maximum total heating time of 2 minutes.

Check the temperature before placing against skin. Incorrect use can create a fire hazard. Never leave a heated pack unattended, with children or on flammable surfaces.
